Race Application

• Please complete all questions in detail.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Athletes can submit their applications from December 1st, 2021 to January 30th, 2022.
• Applications will be reviewed regularly between 1st of Dec 2021 to 25th of Feb 2022, and invitations will be sent out post 15th of March 2022.
• If invitations are not accepted within the 15th of April 2022, slots will be returned to the pool, and the invitee will be removed from the applicant pool.
• The application process will continue in this manner until all slots are filled.
• A non-refundable administrative fee of Rs. 1500 is due with the application.
• Invited athletes will pay a registration fee of Rs. 70000 upon official registration (Taxes and duties are not included, Non refunded amount of 1500 will be included in the final registration fee).
• Accepted athletes will be subject to random drug-testing on race weekend, subject to the rules of the Sports bodies of India.
• An athlete’s character and charitable contributions/community involvement are just as important to us as athletic ability.
• It is the responsibility of all athletes to be familiar with all Rules & Guidelines.

Invitation Process 

The application process for Hawkman India 2022 is now Open. The Application Review Committee will accept applications for Hawkman India 2022 from Dec 1st, 2021 until the event is full – 15 solo entries maximum or 30th of Jan 2022.

Each applicant that is issued an Invitation will receive an Official confirmation via email.
